
The Tofu Watercress Salad is a new recipe for 2005 and it’s oh-so-simple to make!
Don’t let the thought of watercress put you off. Even those who don’t care for watercress end up going for seconds with this healthy yet scrumptuous salad!
A little dab will do ya! Dressing may seem a little salty for some tastes, so add a little at a time and taste as you go.
Ono Tip: If sweet onions are not available, you may blanch the thin sliced onions in hot water for 1 minute to take off some of the bitterness.
