Japanese Mixed Rice

Cooked white rice is usually pretty bland, so I love adding things to it to make it tasty. I learned this Japanese Mixed Rice from cousin Lisa. This is a yummy rice dish to take to a potluck!

I took it one further and made it into a musubi (Japanese rice ball) and covered it with nori (seaweed).
