Spicy Soybeans

spicy soybeans

I love edamame (soybeans)! My friend Lori gave me this recipe for Spicy Soybeans and whenever I make it, everyone enjoys it. I ate a version of it at Pineapple Room, but I think Lori’s version is much tastier and so ‘finger licking’ good. It is very addicting … but what the heck, soybeans are healthy, right! I can’t tell you how many times I made this for potlucks …. it is definitely a winner! Thanks, Lori!

Thanks, Lodee! I just cook mine longer till it sometimes get a little burnt! I like it when the sauce starts to really stick to the soybean! Then, you gotta suck at it to get the bean! Yummy!!

I ate the soybeans at Alan Wong’s Pineapple Room and they are fantastic. I have been looking for the recipe, but I don’t see it posted. Am I overlooking, or do I have to ask permission for it? Please let me know, as I am very interested in learning how to make them.

    Thanks,

    Aron
