I like chicken! So, ‘Chicken Tonight Again’ is fine with me.
My friend, Donna “Champuru” gave me this recipe for Chicken L’Orange. It uses orange juice and Thai Chili Sauce which gives it a wonderful taste and spiciness. I enjoy entrees with gravy or sauces (accounts for my chubby physique) and this one is no exception. My family really enjoys this, especially on hot rice. Thanks Donna, for this yummy recipe!
Note: Thai Chili Sauce is much cheaper at Costco or Sam’s Club. For the price of the 12 oz bottle in the above photo (which I bought at the supermarket), you can buy a huge bottle which holds about 3 times the amount of sauce. You can also use this for a dipping sauce for Drunken Shrimp, crispy won ton or gau gee, condiment on fried rice ..etc. It is also used in my Ono Corn Salsa.
Another Note: Laminated recipe card in Da Original set.

Yep, I love this recipe and don’t make it nearly as often as I should! I’m glad you and the family enjoy this one. It’s so easy to make and always a winner. When I made it for a potluck, my father-in-law described it this way: “exciting.”
