
There are so many different variations of salsa but this Ono Corn Salsa is a little unique. The original recipe was from It’s Chili In Hawaii on King St. I modified it a little using a different sauce. It has fresh vegetables, canned corn and the only sauce that I use is the Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. This makes a sweet and slightly spicy salsa which is great with tortilla chips. It is very refreshing and has a lot of crunch so it’s hard to stop eating once you start!
Tip: A squeeze of lime adds a zesty kick !
Tip 2: A friend said that she put some of this corn salsa on a bed of shredded lettuce and made an instant salad! It was totally light, refreshing and ‘ono’!
