					<description>Lindy, this Buta Tofu recipe looks oishii! Sort of reminds me of Oden. I'll try it soon and let you know how it comes out. I might add Kombu Maki to mine (love that stuff). 

I also love the chinese version my granmother used to make using Harm Ha (Chinese Shrimp Paste) and Watercress. So ono!</description>
