Mmmm... yum. Kamaboko Dip! I've had this at several office parties, which was offered with Ritz Crackers on one occasion.

Have you ever heard of "Lomi Salmon Dip"? It's simply Lomi Salmon incorporated into cream cheese. Really ono with Trisquit Crackers.

I can just hear your family and friends this past Super Bowl Sunday asking each other, "You 'tink Aunty Lindy going bring us some Kamaboko Dip o' what?" lol

Lindy,
You are definitely THE "pupu lady"!! You know that I'm always calling you before every potluck I have to go to just to get your advice!! You're always a lifesaver!!

I love this kamaboko dip especially since it's soooo easy to make!! This one is always a hit!! I haven't tried it with the dehydrated onions yet but I will the next time I make it!
