Gee, I was typing my response to Lodee and after I posted it, I saw your comment!! Thanks for your loyalty too!!! Now I know YOU would love this for breakfast, since you enjoy the kinda sweet pastry type eats in the morning …not like me with the fattening bacon, eggs and hashbrowns…haha!

Hi Lodee … yeah I was really MIA !!! Thanks for being so loyal and checking my site now and then!!

This pancake was sooo ono! It tasted like a cross between a coffee cake and a pancake. I have intentions of making it … just never did…yet But I do want to do it at home. We made our own in class ..it wasn’t bad, since we used smaller pans than what the Chef used. So for a family, a smaller pan is a lot more manageable.

When I try it, I will try to post the recipe.

That Apple Pancake looks absolutely delicious!! It looks a little hard to make, especially if you have to flip it!!
